Catherine from CPA Training was contacted to deliver 3 first aid courses to new staff in the East region. From the initial contact through to the issue of certificates, Cath was a pleasure to work with. She was always contactable, quick to reply to queries, accommodating around dates, times and venues and strived to meet our needs.
Her training style was professional, thorough and adjusted to suit the individual learners needs. She always arrived early and fully prepared. The training room had a relaxed atmosphere where delegates were comfortable to ask questions and seek further support. Cath was very knowledgeable and bought a very personal touch to the courses.
